At Akahana Asian Bistro we pride ourselves with the everchanging/evolving bar with our varieties of NC Craft Beers (mostly Charlotte based crafts), Ciders, Sake, Wines and a well stocked spirit bar. We believe that a collaboration with our local breweries such as Birdsong, Blue Blaze, Legion Brewery, NoDA Brewing Company, Wooden Robot, Olde Mecklenburg Brewery and other local Charlotte brewers allows the growth of all the local brewers in our market.
We carry at least 9 draft tap beers at our locations with at least 75% of our taps being Charlotte products.
